About the Role:

As Property Management Manager at Develop Corporations, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our exclusively owned residential and commercial properties. Your role is crucial in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining high standards, and protecting the value of our portfolio through proactive and hands-on management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and communication, for properties owned by Develop Corporations
• Oversee rent collection, payment tracking, and timely resolution of any financial issues related to our properties
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure optimal condition of all owned assets
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to preserve property value and enhance tenant comfort
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing property management in Dubai
• Prepare regular reports on property status, tenant feedback, and financial performance for senior management
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to facilitate smooth tenant onboarding and transitions
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, preferably managing owned residential and commercial properties in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, tenant rights, and property maintenance best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and respond quickly to tenant needs
• Proficient in property management software and office tools
• Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and vendors effectively
