About the Role:

As a Sales and Rental Agent at Develop Corporations, you will play a key role in connecting clients directly with our exclusive portfolio of residential and commercial properties — all owned by the company. Your expertise will help prospective tenants and buyers find the perfect property within our carefully curated collection, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote only Develop Corporations’ owned properties to potential clients
• Conduct property viewings, explain features, and answer client questions with full knowledge of our portfolio
• Guide clients through the leasing and sales processes, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every step
• Negotiate terms and agreements directly on behalf of the company
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and buyers to support renewals and referrals
• Collaborate with property management and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
• Provide accurate market insights based on the company’s portfolio and Dubai real estate trends
• Participate in marketing efforts to showcase our owned properties
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or rentals, preferably in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
